Returns

If you want to make a return, you can do so by dropping me an email at chris@zero-lemon.com. You'll need your order number and the email address linked to your order.

Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. The items must be returned in a saleable condition and be unworn, unwashed and complete with all original tags and in original packaging.

We know you're excited to try on your new kit, but if you've just come in from a sweaty commute or finished a hard intervals session then please, for everyone's sake, have a shower first!

Please make sure all returned items are well packaged and get proof of postage. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit. The liability for your return is yours until it reaches us. We can accept no liability for lost returned parcels. Please note that original postage costs are not refundable.

RETURNS FROM OUTSIDE THE UK

If you are based outside of the UK and want to make a return, you can do so by dropping me an email at chris@zero-lemon.com. You'll need your order number and the email address linked to your order.

Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. The items must be returned in a saleable condition and be unworn, unwashed and complete with all original tags and in original packaging. We know you're excited to try on your new kit, but if you've just come in from a sweaty commute or finished a hard intervals session then please, for everyone's sake, have a shower first!

Please note that we're unable to cover the cost of your return postage.

The liability for your return is yours until it reaches us. We can accept no liability for lost returned parcels. Please note that original postage costs are not refundable.

Please allow at least 2 weeks from the time you mail your order for your refund or exchange to be processed. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.

RETURNS OF CUSTOM GOODS

For custom-made items, each product will be made based on your specific order. We can therefore only accept returns if:
a) You receive the wrong product (the wrong size, for instance); or
b) The product is faulty

If you need to make a return on these basis, you can do so by dropping me an email at chris@zero-lemon.com. You'll need your order number and the email address linked to your order.

We will try to replace or repair custom products that are faulty if you let us know about the fault within 14 days of your order being delivered to you. When your order is delivered, please check it carefully. After 14 days we can't guarantee to either repair or accept any returns of goods.
